We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, LMFT) to join our team. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office.
Our practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, and APA-approved continuing education. We also have talented support staff who handle everything from credentialing to insurance authorizations and collection of payments, allowing you to focus on your clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in an outpatient care setting, both in-person and via telehealth
- Participate in weekly case consultations
Qualifications
- Active license as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Experience providing mental health services to a diverse patient population
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (in-person and telehealth)

Pay
Annual compensation potential: $75,000–$100,000, based on a productivity model.
