About the role
Seeking a dedicated Therapist in Training to join the Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy to individuals and families enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across multiple counties. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and support professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services tailored to clients' goals in various settings, including homes and community locations
- Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-focused service plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with agency and funding requirements
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure comprehensive support
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Relevant practicum experience and eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
