Therapist in Training - Family Preservation Services

About the role

Seeking a dedicated Therapist in Training to join the Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy to individuals and families enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across multiple counties. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and support professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services tailored to clients' goals in various settings, including homes and community locations
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-focused service plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with agency and funding requirements
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure comprehensive support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience and eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
