About the role
Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, serving children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy and deliver strength-based, evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with clients to develop individualized service plans.
- Work in various settings including homes and community locations.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Practicum experience relevant to services.
- Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
