Therapist in Training - Family Preservation Services

About the role

Seeking a Therapist in Training to join the Family Preservation Team providing in-home therapy to children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across multiple counties. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships using strength-based, evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services tailored to individual and family needs
• Develop goal-oriented, personalized service plans with clients
• Deliver services in diverse settings, including homes, community, or offices
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and funding guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
