Schedule
- Flexible Hours
- 10-35 hours/week
- Hybrid (must live in Utah)
Pay
- $50-53 per reimbursed hour or session provided
- Retention Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments
- Develop individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards
- Participate in professional development
- Maintain timely documentation
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
- Fully Licensed - No Supervision required
- DOPL Licensed: CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC
- Must live in Utah
