About the role
You will provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (part-time/full-time optional).
The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
The clinician participates in organizational trainings and professional development.
The clinician promotes, supports, and demonstrates Clarity Clinic's mission, vision, and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan, and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently with any of the following licenses: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
- Must be licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois.
- Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 2-7 years prior experience in a clinical setting OR PhD or PsyD plus zero to three years prior experience in a clinical setting (Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred).
- Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial: Individual & Family-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management), CADM, Marriage and Family Therapy, IOP/PHP programs, Group Therapy.

Pay
$55-$60 per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure.
