About the role
The Center for Mental Health and Addiction at Unity Hospital is seeking a 1.0 FTE Mental Health Therapist to support adult partial hospital, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services. This is an on-site day-shift role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing therapy and clinical support in PHP, Day Treatment, and IOP settings
- Working with adult populations
- Completing assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Serving as a patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health provider
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field
- MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN245I.04, Subd 2-3
- Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or
- Must meet at least ONE of the following requirements:
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
- Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years in licensed practice
Physical Demands
- Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
Pay Range
Pay Range: $35.61 to $48.81 per hour
