About the role
This Therapist position carries NO Caseloads and offers a generous first-year bonus of $5-8K. The starting salaries are $82,000/year for licensed therapists/counselors and $72K annually for those under supervision. Additional benefits include a $5K Program Premium, shift differentials, weekend premiums, and bilingual candidates receive an extra $2,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Perform telephone and mobile crisis triage, assessment, and stabilization
- Travel to crisis situations with a team and police presence to deescalate and stabilize individuals
- Provide specialized training and ongoing education for risk assessment and crisis intervention
- Work in a fast-paced, crisis-centered environment
- Document events and remain calm during emergencies
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent from an accredited school
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure
- Proficient in identifying and treating mental disorders
- Knowledgeable in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Experience in crisis intervention and understanding 43A, Oklahoma Mental Health Law
- Ability to conduct specialized risk assessments of suicidal and other high-risk individuals
- Valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
