About the role

The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve. We are a growing organization and would add direct reports to your responsibility upon hiring new staff to allow for initial development of own clinical skills in our setting before adding supervisory responsibilities. You would also maintain your own caseload of clients.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
- Maintain a caseload of clients (25 clients a week)
- Cookordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required
- Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals
Requirements
- Clinical licensure in their field in OH with the ability to supervise (e.g. LPCC-S)
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
- Prior supervision experience preferred
