About the role
The Ohana Therapist reports to a Clinical Program Manager and is responsible for providing evaluations and individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. In addition, the Therapist provides mental health education to patients and, as appropriate, to the community and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Offer mental health education to patients and relevant community members.
- Participate in continuous learning, innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
- Prioritize safety and quality of care while maintaining strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
- Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy preferred, but not required.
- An active California state license.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr.
