Therapist
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provides high quality, compassionate and ethical counseling to clients individually to meet treatment goals.
Refers clients to other support services including detoxification, intensive programming, psychiatric services, social services programs, and employment services as needed.
Maintains detailed and confidential client records in accordance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
Stays updated on current research and best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.
Assesses and manages risk on an ongoing basis and adjusts level of care and recommendations as needed.
