About This Role
This position is responsible for assessing for referral to short term individual, couple, and group therapy; conducting initial assessments, intakes, and crisis sessions, providing referrals and bridging care to the community as needed; consulting with students, faculty, and staff regarding mental health issues; and other tasks as requested by the Executive Director. Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required.

Worksite Description
This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Minimum Qualifications: Requires a master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work or a related field, and one year of relevant experience. Must meet state licensure requirements to practice independently.
- Preferred Qualifications: One year post-graduate experience in the mental health field providing individual therapy. Experience in a university counseling center.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range
\$36,527.69 - \$56,612.31 (9-month salary)
