About the role
As a Therapist at Health Connect America, you’ll provide high-quality therapeutic services, supporting clients’ mental health and well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and treatment teams
- Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment meetings to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services to address broader needs
- Participate in outreach and community engagement to promote services and attract new clients
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
- Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA, or LCASA
