Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy
- Navigate our EMR system eClincalWorks or the ability to learn the system
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in regular supervision and/or case consultations (if applicable)
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all client interactions
- Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field
- Manage your own caseload
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Current licensure in one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in providing therapy
- eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus but not required
