Therapist, Adult Outpatient Counseling Services

Skill Requirements

• Master's degree in a human services field
• Eligibility for professional licensure as a professional counselor or clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Qualifications

• Experience in providing counseling services to individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders
• Experience in facilitating groups in a non-residential setting
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing crisis intervention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Virginia's licensing requirements for counselors and social workers

Pay and Schedule

• Hiring Range: $51,630.81 to $55,940.32 for Therapist; $66,627.61 to $70,937.12 for Licensed Therapist
• Schedules available: Four 10-hour days - day/early evening shift or five 8-hour days - day shift
• No weekends
