Job Summary
In a team setting, performs assessment, diagnostic evaluation, crisis intervention, case management, and therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups with behavioral health issues.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

- Knowledge of ethical principles and state laws and adheres to state reporting and regulatory guidelines
- Formulates realistic, developmentally appropriate, patient centered treatment goals and evaluates progress toward goals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health related field
- Current New Mexico license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology
- At least two years’ experience working directly with youth and their families
- Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance
- Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing
