About the role
Seeking a full-time Therapist In Training to join a community-based outpatient mental health team. Under supervision, you will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, deliver psychoeducation, and maintain documentation. The role focuses mainly on individual therapy services, with occasional group opportunities.
Schedule
Flexible hybrid work schedule includes onsite and telehealth days, with one evening appointment per week.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Practicum experience
- Eligibility for a Wisconsin “In Training” license
