Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed sales goals through an integrated territory business plan

  • Engage in customer-centric, clinically relevant discussions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop territory business plans based on market analysis
  • Navigate hospital formulary processes for product positioning

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in pharmaceuticals, 5+ in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR
  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred
  • Proven product/indication launch experience
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • High ethical standards and compliance adherence
  • Ability to influence internally and externally without authority
