About the role

Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of rigorous curriculum and academic achievement initiatives.
- Engaging in social-emotional development activities aligned with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and community partners to enhance educational outcomes.
- Maintaining records and reporting on student progress and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Valid teaching credential or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
