About the role

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of rigorous curriculum and academic achievement initiatives.
• Engaging in social-emotional development activities aligned with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and community partners to enhance educational outcomes.
• Maintaining records and reporting on student progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching credential or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current educational theories and practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
