Responsibilities

• Train across multiple positions and assignments within a designated area of the LEGOLAND New York Resort.
• Interact directly with guests in a variety of roles, ensuring every visit is fun, safe, and memorable.
• Perform roles such as ushering, shows and theaters, working with attractions, guiding LEGO build experiences, hosting special events, retail operations, park presentation (custodial), admissions & parking, guest services, and more.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Support resort operations in various job functions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for guest service.
• Strong verbal communication skills and high energy.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A well-groomed, professional appearance.
• The ability to make a child’s day truly memorable.
• A flexible mindset and willingness to switch priorities and assignments.
• Reliability and responsibility, as guests depend on you.

Schedule

This is a seasonal, part-time role with a heavy focus on weekend availability for off-peak times with weekday availability layered in for full operations Memorial Day to Labor Day. Must be available to work from start through to Labor Day.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $16.25/Hr.
