About the role
Round One Entertainment is seeking Customer Service Associates for its Amusement Department. Ideal candidates should enjoy video games, bowling, or karaoke, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and ensure they are met during assigned shifts.
- Maintain inventory levels and keep amusement games and counters clean and visually appealing.
- Respond to customers' requests with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Answer phone calls for general inquiries.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- At least one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
Physical Demands
- Bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move with flexibility in small spaces.
- Stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times.
- Use hands and arms to handle, feel, and reach objects.
- Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
