Responsibilities

• Assist the technical director, scenic designer, and production manager in the execution and maintenance of Properties (hand props, set props, set dec, and rehearsal props)
• May be federal work study eligible
• Requires: Must have already taken at least 2 theatre practicums
• The ability to lift 40 pounds & climb ladders
• The ability to understand theatrical construction principles
• The ability to safely use power tools
• The ability to understand scenic painting and the use of painting equipment
• The ability to organize and maintain the inventory of props
• The ability to provide props for rehearsals
• The ability to supervise sets practicum student crews during load-in and strike
