Theatre Lighting Student Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist the master electrician, lighting designer, and production manager in the execution and maintenance of the lighting and audio for Theatre Department productions.
• May be federal work study eligible.
• Requires the ability to lift 40 pounds, climb ladders and use other personnel lifts.
• Requires understanding basic electrical principles.
• Requires knowledge of theatrical lighting and audio equipment.
• Requires the ability to supervise lighting practicum student crews during load-in and strike.
• Requires having taken a lighting practicum.
