Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks and storage spaces.
- Aid with basic kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining a steady supply of clean tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold our high standards.
Job Qualifications
- Experience:
- No previous restaurant experience required.
- Requirements:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time.
- Maintain personal hygiene in accordance to DHEC and company standards.
- Punctuality and regular, reliable attendance with a positive attitude.
