The Surgery Center Columbus - Full-Time CRNA

About the role

Multi-specialty surgery center. 3 OR Surgery Center. 1MD and two CRNA’s every day. Everyone runs their own room and does their own blocks. Dayshift only. No call. No weekends. No holidays. Cases include: Ortho, ENT, plastics, Neuro, podiatry.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
• Assess patient needs and administer appropriate anesthetic techniques.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth and safe patient care.
• Document all procedures and patient care activities accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice anesthesia in the state(s) of employment.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience as a CRNA.
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties including Ortho, ENT, plastics, Neuro, podiatry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay

• New GRADs: $200,000 Base
• Experienced CRNAs: $205,000 - $245,000 Base
• $40,000 Retention Bonus offered.
• End of Year Bonus Offered.
