About the role

NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking four full-time CRNAs to join their team at SurgiCenter of Central Virginia. This opportunity offers:

Responsibilities

CRNAs will work independently in GI and endoscopy cases while providing care in a medically supervised model for orthopedic, podiatry, and urology procedures.

Requirements

Requirements include:

• Current Virginia license as a CRNA
• At least 3 years of recent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Graduation from an approved CRNA program
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN and CRNA boards
• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties

Skills

Skills required include:

• Strong clinical judgment
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks
