About the role
We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team. As an employee-owned business, you’ll have a direct stake in our success and the opportunity to contribute to a company with over 50 years of history in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flooring selections, providing honest and expert advice.
- Measure customer spaces accurately for flooring installations.
- Coordinate with professional fitters to ensure high-quality installations.
- Manage in-store displays and stock rolls of carpet and vinyl flooring.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries in-store, over the phone, and via our home selection service.
- Uplift and dispose of old flooring and assist with moving furniture as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, customer service, or the flooring industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Flexibility to work across our store locations as needed.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
