Qualifications Driver’s License Clean DMV Education High School Diploma (Preferred) Other Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Professional personal appearance.Excellent communication skills.Ability to meet company's production and quality standards. Job-Specific Expectations Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.Prepare vehicles for body repair work.Notify management of any additional repairs needed.Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.Understand, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.Report to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work.Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.Complete additional tasks as assigned. Compensation Range By Position The expected pay for this position is $33.80 per hour plus bonus up to $10,000.00 per month and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
