We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team at Broadway Design & Renovation. This role involves collaborating with clients to transform their spaces through light renovations and full furnishing, reflecting their unique tastes and lifestyles.

About the Role

As an Interior Designer at Broadway Design, you will lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion. Your work will include designing sophisticated, personalized interiors that incorporate eclectic furnishings, custom pieces, and thoughtful details. Projects may involve light renovations, space planning, furniture selection, and styling to create cohesive, luxurious environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and design preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans for residential projects.
• Source and select bespoke furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and decor to align with the client’s aesthetic.
• Oversee light renovations, including custom furniture design and fabrication.
• Work closely with craftsmen, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Incorporate unique, travel-inspired, or artisanal elements into designs to reflect the client’s personality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-end residential interior design, including furnishing and light renovations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing eclectic, bespoke, or luxury design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
• Ability to source unique, custom, or artisanal furnishings and decor.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creating personalized, sophisticated spaces.
