Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with directing and administering all Front Office operations
  • Monitors and develops associate performance
  • Makes improvements to service and satisfaction trends
  • Implements and monitors marketing and up-selling techniques
  • Ensures associates have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies
  • Sets and monitors daily reports, analyzes data, and makes decisions based on data
  • Solves guest issues and concerns
  • Trains and recruits associates
  • Participates in the Property Manager on Duty program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of progressive Front Office management experience in a 500+ room hotel with meeting space is preferred
  • An applicable Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of Front Office management experience is required
  • Specific brand experience/OnQ Certification (as defined by property), 500+ room experience, and/or previous management level experience preferred
