Job Responsibilities
- Assists with directing and administering all Front Office operations
- Monitors and develops associate performance
- Makes improvements to service and satisfaction trends
- Implements and monitors marketing and up-selling techniques
- Ensures associates have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies
- Sets and monitors daily reports, analyzes data, and makes decisions based on data
- Solves guest issues and concerns
- Trains and recruits associates
- Participates in the Property Manager on Duty program
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of progressive Front Office management experience in a 500+ room hotel with meeting space is preferred
- An applicable Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of Front Office management experience is required
- Specific brand experience/OnQ Certification (as defined by property), 500+ room experience, and/or previous management level experience preferred
