About the Role

The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization, delivering a professional and qualified first impression. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, employees, and clients, clarify the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
• Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies, and packages; distribute items to mailboxes and offices.
• File and maintain good records, including an organized filing system.
• Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed.
• Manage schedules for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
