About the Role

Airrosti Providers (licensed Chiropractors and Physical Therapists) are full-time, W-2 employees who share one mission: to fix pain fast. As an Airrosti Provider, you’ll focus on providing exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries using our proven, evidence-based treatment model. You’ll deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education without the pressures of managing staff or running a business.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree (or in the process of obtaining it).
• Passion for patient care.
• Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.
• Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation:
  • $72,000–$100,000+ (first year) for DCs with 0–5 years of experience.
  • $90,000–$120,000+ (first year) for DCs with 5+ years of experience.
