The INN: International Neighborhood Network

About the role

The INN seeks passionate individuals who are eager to share their love for Jesus and use their spiritual gifts to serve unreached people groups. Workers are needed in various INN sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with refugees, asylum seekers, and immigrants who have never had a conversation with a Christian
• Create ministry opportunities to serve the nations among us
• Share the gospel and disciple people from different worldviews, religions, and backgrounds
• Participate in implementing creative church planting and multiplication strategies
• Work collaboratively on a team and within a local network
• Build genuine friendships and holistic ministry skills
• Journey with contacts through dynamic spiritual conversations, sharing the truths of scripture, and discipling them into an intentional, growing relationship with Christ
• Be part of a team that desires to plant reproducing house churches in the local diaspora community
• Serve local diaspora communities through meeting felt needs and building genuine relationships

Requirements

• Mature Christian: Love God, love people, and maintain spiritual disciplines
• Evangelism and Discipleship: Desire to share the gospel and disciple people from different worldviews, religions, and backgrounds
• Church Planting and Multiplication: Desire to participate in implementing creative church planting and multiplication strategies
• Team Player: Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively on a team and within a local network
• Learner: Willingness to be part of a learning community dedicated to growing skills, gifts, and abilities in church planting and multiplication while serving in a diaspora community

Qualifications

• Formal Bible training and exposure to missiological principles are helpful, but not required
