About the role
1x1 has been working with the Forks since 2016 on a variety of commercial projects, including:
- Tenant fit-ups for food vendors
- Office fit-ups for tenants across all floors
- Base building improvements
- Feasibility studies aimed at further developing and reinforcing the Forks’ vision of the site as a ‘Meeting Place’
Featured projects include:
- A new seasonal kiosk transforming the Southwest atrium into the home of Iceland Skate Rentals during winter months
- Multiple food vendor kiosk upgrades (Mini Donuts, Crafted Crust, Basta, Aroma Bistro, Sharecuterie, Skyr) with upgraded finishes, equipment, and millwork that complement the overall aesthetic of the Common
