Job Description

The Beach Club is seeking a friendly, reliable Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and light breakfast foods. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest enjoys a positive and memorable experience.

Job Tasks

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards
• Prepare breakfast food items according to established standards
• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Skills
