About the role
This position will be worked primarily remote. Candidate must work EST business hours. Local candidates preferred due to client's past challenges with candidates from other time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Care Case Management workstream of application and data migration projects
- Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction, and project management
- Run meetings, test and prepare for testing, and manage project schedules
- Create dashboards, project schedules, status reports, and meeting agendas
- Communicate and facilitate consensus among stakeholders
- Deliver clear, specific, and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management
- Understand IT, HR, and Finance functional processes and transformations
- Use PowerPoint, Excel, and have strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Work effectively with people across functions, sectors, and locations
- Manage time to deliver high-quality work products and overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery
- Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with project manager/Workstream Lead roles
- Experience in Care Case Management environments
- Experience with Application and Data Migration projects
- Experience with HIPAA-constrained data elements
- Experience with EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing
- Experience with PMOs
- Experience with Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience negotiating and influencing
- Experience with senior leadership to create alignment for program success
- Experience delivering agile/iterative transformation communication, design, and execution, training plan design, and facilitation
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Qualifications
Required: 15+ years of Project Manager/Workstream Lead experience, 10+ years of PM experience in Care Case Management environments, 5+ years of experience with Application and Data Migration projects, 5+ years of experience with HIPAA-constrained data elements, 5+ years of experience with EHR, EMR, patient case management, and claims processing, 5+ years of experience with PMOs, 5+ years of experience with Scrum, Waterfall, and SAFe methodologies, 5+ years of experience negotiating and influencing, 5+ years of experience with senior leadership to create alignment for program success, 5+ years of experience delivering agile/iterative transformation communication, design, and execution, training plan design, and facilitation, Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
