Texture and Primer Sprayer

Job Requirements

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and surrounding areas for spraying, including masking and protecting surfaces.
• Operate spray equipment to apply texture drywall finishes consistently and efficiently.
• Ensure finished surfaces meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Inspect work for quality and correct imperfections as needed.
• Cookordination with crew members and supervisor to support project timelines.
• Loading/unloading of materials, equipment, and tools.
• Training of new hires as needed.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment & methods used in spray applications.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• All levels of experience welcome to apply!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb stairs, and move through active construction sites for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work with hands above shoulder level for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely operate around ladders, stilts, scaffolding, spray hoses and construction materials.
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and around paint/texture products while using proper PPE.
