Testing & Training Lead (Oracle Primavera Unifier)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Testing & Training Lead to champion the quality assurance and user adoption of our enterprise PMIS solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, driving structured testing cycles and designing comprehensive training plans. Your efforts will directly ensure that our systems meet functional designs and that users are fully prepared for high-impact go-live launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, strategy, and execution of SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases.
• Facilitate interactive UAT sessions, collect user feedback, and manage the defect triage and resolution process.
• Author and organize custom training curricula, quick reference guides, job aids, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate closely with system build teams to validate system workflows, track defects, and confirm resolutions before production releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software testing cycles and training curriculum design.
• Strong, expert-level hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Prominent track record managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect-tracking cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Capital Projects within the Aviation sector.
• Prior experience delivering systems training or driving business readiness.
• Ability to travel to Denver, CO for up to 2 weeks if requested (all travel expenses reimbursed).
