About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Testing Solutions SME to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will serve as a trusted technical expert supporting complex customer engagements and helping drive adoption of life sciences testing solutions. The position combines deep scientific knowledge with commercial acumen, partnering closely with sales, technical services, quality, and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer confidence and improve win rates. It is well suited for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into business value while providing practical, compliant solutions in regulated environments. The ideal candidate will own technical discussions, demonstrations, training, and escalations related to bacterial endotoxin testing and method validation. Success in this role will come from building credibility with both technical and commercial stakeholders, resolving issues with sustainable outcomes, and supporting scalable implementation across the customer base. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for complex sales opportunities to improve win rates.
• Serve as the technical authority during customer engagements, including workshops and troubleshooting.
• Engage in technical discussions regarding BET, method validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support adoption of testing solutions through demonstrations and implementation support.
• Deliver advanced technical training for internal teams and customers.
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues with sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant technical experience in life sciences industry roles such as technical sales, quality control, or technical services.
• Direct experience with bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assays preferred.
• Deep knowledge of GMP regulated environments and quality systems.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and commercial audiences.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into business value propositions.

Pay

Compensation: $142,200 – $165,900 annually
