About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will involve collaborating with healthcare providers to establish partnerships that enhance access to care for individuals with neurodiversity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand provider networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies for provider network development.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to join the provider network.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider partnerships.
- Conduct regular assessments of the provider network to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare management roles.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with a range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
