About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and retaining healthcare providers who are committed to neurodiversity inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare providers who are aligned with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence's mission
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure optimal care for patients with neurodiversity
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for provider network growth
- Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or related field
- Experience working with organizations focused on neurodiversity is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
