Testing Psychologist - Contract (1099) - Ohio

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule between Columbus, Ohio and Wintersville, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the network.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider networks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in neurodiversity and healthcare provider network development.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration.
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations and understanding of neurodiversity issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience with data management and analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
