About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted on a 1099 basis and offers a hybrid schedule between Columbus, Ohio and Wintersville, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
- Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the network.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare provider networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in neurodiversity and healthcare provider network development.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations and understanding of neurodiversity issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience with data management and analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
