About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role involves collaborating with healthcare providers to establish partnerships that enhance access to care for individuals with neurodiversity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build strong provider networks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on provider network goals and strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new providers to join the network.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to providers in the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in provider network development or similar healthcare management role.
  • Experience working with neurodiverse populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
