About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and retaining healthcare providers who are committed to neurodiversity inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to foster neurodiversity inclusion initiatives
- Identify and evaluate potential providers based on their commitment to neurodiversity inclusion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on neurodiversity inclusion strategies
- Conduct outreach and education sessions to raise awareness about neurodiversity inclusion
- Monitor and report on the progress of neurodiversity inclusion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in provider network development or healthcare administration
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
