Testing Engineer (On-Site)

About the role

Serve as the on-site representative for commissioning and testing activities on a project, ensuring systems are tested, documented, and transitioned smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing schedules
• Review and verify test plans
• Support factory and site acceptance tests
• Witness system testing and document results
• Track issues and manage corrective actions
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve deficiencies
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Monitor progress and support document collection for project closeout

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Over 10 years of experience in commissioning, testing, or operations, especially in mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, startup procedures, and test documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an active construction environment
