Testing Coordinator - IDEA Brownsville College Prep (Immediate Opening)
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
2. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose
3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)
4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it
5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail
6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions
7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text
8. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones
9. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences
Let me analyze the job posting content:
The posting has several clear sections:
- Role Mission (About the role)
- What We Offer (Compensation and Benefits)
- What You Bring -- Competencies (Qualifications/Requirements)
- What You'll Do -- Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
- Values/Characteristics (could be part of Qualifications or separate)
- About IDEA Public Schools (company info)
- Staff Experience (company info)
- To Apply (application instructions - should be removed)
- EEO statement (boilerplate - should be removed)
I need to structure this into appropriate sections with h3 headings.
Let me map the content:
1. "Role Mission" -> About the role (h3)
2. "What We Offer" -> Compensation and Benefits (could be two sections: Pay and Benefits)
3. "What You Bring -- Competencies" -> Qualifications (h3) with subsections for Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
4. "What You'll Do -- Accountabilities" -> Responsibilities (h3)
5. "We look for Team and Family who embody..." -> Could be part of Qualifications or a separate Values section
6. "About IDEA Public Schools" -> Company overview (could be a section)
7. "Staff Experience" -> Company culture (could be part of company overview)
I should not include "To Apply" or the EEO statement.
Now, for the Pay section: The posting says "Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $19.50 for 0 years of experience and $24.46." That's specific, so I should include a Pay section.
For Benefits: There's a detailed list of benefits, so include Benefits section.
For Schedule: Not mentioned specifically, so no Schedule section.
Now, I need to output only the HTML fragment.
Let me write the HTML:
- Start with About the role (h3) and the mission paragraph.
- Then Pay (h3) with the compensation details.
- Then Benefits (h3) with a list of benefits.
- Then Qualifications (h3) with subsections: Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills (maybe use ul for the list items).
- Then Responsibilities (h3) with a list of accountabilities.
- Then Values (h3) with the list of values/characteristics.
- Then About IDEA Public Schools (h3) with the company description.
I need to use
- for lists,
for prose.
I should not use nested headings (like h4). The instruction says use
for section headings. So I'll use h3 for each major section. For subsections within Qualifications, I could use or just include as part of the list.
Better to keep it flat: each major section is h3. Within Qualifications, I can have a paragraph for Education, Experience, then a list for Knowledge and Skills.
Let me structure:
