Testing Center Proctor
About the role
The USU Eastern Campus in Price is accepting applications for a Testing Center Proctor. This position is paid an hourly wage and is non-benefited. The successful applicant must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work evening and/or late night hours (until 8:30 pm).
Responsibilities
- Maintains the security of exams and records and provides students with a quiet, non-stressful atmosphere to take exams.
- Acts as a liaison between students, instructors, and university administrators.
- Absorbs telephone calls, inquiries, files, appointments, and data entry.
- Works a flexible schedule.
- Lights cleaning and disinfecting will be required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with experience or a college education.
