Testing and Evaluation Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Interface with Navy and other DoD stakeholders to prepare, coordinate, and execute plans and schedules for live DTRA test events
• Schedule and lead test coordination meetings while developing and championing comprehensive test strategies and timelines
• Review test plans and serve as a liaison with Navy and government organizations to secure test event scheduling
• Provide logistical coordination and technical interface with customer and partner organizations, including Major Programs, Operations, Engineering, Readiness, and Configuration Management
• Collaborate with site Test Directors to ensure all requirements, resources, and assets are in place to achieve mission objectives
• Coordinate post-test analysis, capture and distribute lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement for future missions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience implementing projects of varying size and complexity
• Proven military experience (Navy preferred) in leadership and coordination of assets and services for technical operations and missions
• Strong background in managing, organizing, and controlling project activities, including document generation/updates, monitoring, and distribution
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating mission events in a live Navy operations environment
• Background in Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E)
• Experience supporting AEGIS ships or Land-Based Test Sites
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools)
