In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge rail systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and operational phases
• Investigate and resolve electromechanical failures
• Develop, execute, and document test procedures
• Use specialized tools for field maintenance and modifications
• Support warranty operations and customer recovery activities
• Report deviations immediately and uphold all HSE requirements

Requirements

• Techician degree or equivalent technical certification
• 2–4 years of experience in a technical or field support role
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on electromechanical experience
• Familiarity with field testing tools, equipment, and procedures
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
