Tester - Regulators

About the Role

This position is responsible for testing regulator transformers. The role supports monthly operational goals and includes other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read and interpret work orders and nameplates.
• Perform electrical testing on incoming transformers and outgoing regulators.
• Ensure all paperwork and data is recorded and saved properly to the database.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and environmental specifications for the area.
• Safely utilize industrial equipment.
• Complete assignments and report issues to supervisor.
• Support team members by resolving questions, assisting with workload, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Exhibit professional language, appearance, and conduct at all times.
• Learn other areas to fill in where required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Technical college education is a plus.
• Previous electronics experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with the Windows operating system.
• Cooperative attitude toward all internal and external customers.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to other areas as needed.
